Update October 10, 2013: The Entrepreneur Mentoring Program Grant is closed.
Commercialization of new health- and health-care-related products and services is a key component of LSDF’s mission, with most grants to date aimed at commercialization of promising technologies through start-up companies.
Knowing that commercialization best occurs through teams having the benefit of prior experience, LSDF invites applicants to create a program to mentor entrepreneurs within Washington state companies attempting to commercialize products and services that improve human health and health care.
Applicants must be Washington non-profit entities with the personnel, resources, experience, and community connections necessary to accomplish activities of the type described within the Request for Proposals.
LSDF expects to make a single award of up to $300,000 in total costs over two years in this competition.
Program directors must confer with LSDF programs staff at firstname.lastname@example.org before proposal submission. Proposals must be submitted through LSDF’s online system.
